Pre-appointment

Simply, we speak to you. We ask the right questions and get prepared.

After booking your exclusive consultation with our colour experts, we will confirm your appointment via email. We love to prepare ahead with ideas based on your preferences, so we send you a pre-assessment questionnaire. You may answer the questions over the phone or respond by email. It helps us establish your needs ahead of the consultation so that we can bring ideas to the table based on the things that you love.

On the day

We spend time with you so that we fully understand you.

We assess the space, the light, the current decor, and the architecture of your home. We create a personalised colour palette to transform your home into its most beautiful iteration. We suggest colours and finishes designed to maximise the potential of the space. We will consider up to four rooms, and take you through schemes that you will love. The final decision is always yours.

Specification

We wrap it up into detailed specification, all you need to get started for your painting.

After your consultation, we’ll turn your wish list into a tangible plan. Within 24 hours. You’ll receive a detailed specification of everything we’ll need to make your transformation project a success. Your detailed itinerary will include the recommended colours and finishes, as ascertained during your consultation. We project the quantity and costs of paint and/or wallpaper required to make your interior dreams come true. Fall in love with your home all over again.

Get it 100% right by having a paint sample.

 Colours look different on the walls than they do on the swatch. We want you to be 100% satisfied that the colours you’ve chosen are the right ones. That’s why we send you five paint sample kits so that you can try out each one in situ – taking the light and the space into account. We’ll help you choose the perfect shade for you and your home. We want nothing other than for you to be 100% satisfied.
